Work overview
1. Crowns and porcelain veneers E max
The teeth shape reconstruction with crowns and porcelain veneers E max.
2. Periodontal disease caused displacement of the teeth.
Periodontal disease (periodontitis) caused displacement of the teeth. By means of the ligature wire the teeth were set in the correct position and immobilized with dental braces.
3. Porcelain veneers E-max
The old composite veneers on the incisors were replaced with porcelain veneers E-max.
4. Veneers and full ceramic crowns
Reconstruction of the crowded upper teeth with veneers and full ceramic crowns. The bridges on the side teeth were replaced with the new ones.
5. Porcelain veneers
The composite veneers were replaced with the porcelain ones.
6. Complex treatment
Complex treatment. First, connective tissue grafts over the upper central incisor were done in order to cover recent gingival recession; second, osteoplasty around another teeth to lengthen the clinical crowns. The aim was to achieve a smooth symmetrical shape of gingiva. Next, the teeth shape was modified by means of veneers and porcelain crowns E-max.
7. Porcelain veneers
The aesthetics of the teeth was improved with porcelain veneers.
8. Porcelain veneers
The old composite veneers were replaced with the porcelain ones.
9. Composite veneers
Changing of the teeth shape using composite veneers.
10. Veneers and full ceramic crowns E-max
Reduced dental arch width. The bite was rebuilt with the use of porcelain bridges in the posterior and anterior teeth, whereas aesthetics was improved with veneers and full ceramic crowns E-max.
11. Complex treatment
Pathological teeth grinding. The width of the dental arch on the posterior teeth was increased and the front teeth were rebuilt using composite veneers.
12. Composite veneers
Reconstruction of the shape of the incisors with composite veneers.
13. Reconstruction with full-ceramic crowns.
Multiple teeth missing and the reduction of dental arch width. Reconstruction with full-ceramic crowns.
14. Periodontal disease caused displacement of the teeth.
Periodontal disease (the periodontitis) caused displacement of the teeth. By means of the ligature wire the teeth were set in the correct position and immobilized with dental braces. The impacted canine prevented a perfect setting of the second molar.
15. Porcelain veneers
Multiple teeth gaps hampered dental hygiene and look unaesthetic. The teeth shape was improved due to porcelain veneers.
16. Porcelain veneers
Due to the antibiotic treatment in childhood the patient suffered from enamel hypoplasia, namely deficient enamel matrix formation. The teeth’s shape was improved with porcelain veneers.
17. Porcelain veneers
The old composite veneers were replaced by the porcelain ones.
18. Full ceramic crowns and veneers
The aesthetics of the teeth was improved with full ceramic crowns and veneers. Previously, the teeth were bleached with BEYOND lamp.
19. Full ceramic crowns and veneers
The aesthetics of the teeth was improved with full ceramic crowns and veneers. Previously, the teeth were bleached with BEYOND lamp.
20. Full ceramic crowns and veneers
The aesthetics of the teeth was improved with full ceramic crowns and veneers. Previously, the teeth were bleached with BEYOND lamp.
21. Full ceramic crowns and veneers
The aesthetics of the teeth was improved with full ceramic crowns and veneers. Earlier, the gum line was corrected surgically (osteoplasty) and the teeth were bleached.
22. Veneers and a ceramic crown
The aesthetics of the teeth was improved by means of veneers and a ceramic crown.
23. Composite veneers
Aggressive periodontitis. The patient in remission. The aesthetics of the teeth was improved with composite veneers.
24. Porcelain bridges and composite veneers
Teeth reconstruction and restoration of the missing teeth – porcelain bridges in the lateral sections and composite veneers on the front.
25. Composite veneers
The aesthetics of the teeth improved by means of thin composite veneers.
26. Porcelain crowns and bridges
Multiple missing teeth resulted in pathologic grinding and tooth migration. The bite was reconstructed with the help of porcelain crowns and bridges.
27. Porcelain facings
Old composite facings were replaced with porcelain facings.
28. Reconstruction of occlusion
Pathological dental abrasion resulted from the lack of the side teeth.
The occlusion was reconstructed. Porcelain bridges were placed in the side segments. Front teeth were rebuilt with the use of composite facings.
29. Reconstruction of occlusion
Pathological dental abrasion resulted from the lack of the side teeth.
The occlusion was reconstructed. The occlusion in the side segments was lifted with the use of skeleton dentures; the front teeth were rebuilt with the use of composite material.
30. All ceramic bridge
Tooth loss. An all ceramic bridge at the circonium-dioxide base was placed.
31. Reconstruction of occlusion
Pathological dental abrasion; the loss of one lower incisor.
Complex treatment was given. First, at the office the teeth were whitened with the use of Beyond Whitening lamp. Next, we made a skeleton denture, which replaced the missing side teeth in the jaw and lifted the occlusion (in the photo you can see acetal cosmetic claps). To reconstruct the destroyed front teeth, we used composite facings. The missing lower incisor was replaced with the patient’s own tooth, attached on the fiberglass to the adjacent teeth (so called Special Bridge).
32. Reconstruction of occlusion
Very heavy pathological dental abrasion.
To reconstruct the occlusion, porcelain crowns and bridges were used.
33. Porcelain facings
A number of composite fillings in the patient’s teeth, where dental deposit constantly accumulated.
Porcelain facings were placed in order to achieve the desired effect of “a Hollywood smile”.
34. An axial bar-retained skeleton denture
The patient lost the part of the bridge.
Because of uncertain prognosis about the last tooth in the arch it was not recommended to make a new bridge. And to avoid a whole skeleton denture, we built an axial bar-retained skeleton denture.
35. All-ceramic crowns
Unaesthetic porcelain -fused-to-metal crowns were replaced with all-ceramic crowns.
36. Reconstruction of occlusion
A number of missing teeth resulted in the destruction of the front teeth.
To reconstruct the side parts we used porcelain bridges, whereas the front teeth were rebuilt with composite material.
37. All-ceramic crowns
The patient dissatisfied with the appearance of her teeth.
All teeth were whitened with the use of Beyond Whitening lamp; next, three all-ceramic crowns for the front teeth were made.
38. Composite facings
The patient dissatisfied with the shape of her teeth.
First, at the office all teeth were whitened with Beyond lamp; next, composite facings were bonded to the incisors.
39. Porcelain facings
A dark colour of the teeth and the receding “number 12, a maxillary first premolar.
To improve the teeth’s appearance, first, we applied office whitening with Beyond lamp and next, bonded porcelain facings to the front teeth.
40. Cosmetic crowns
Unaesthetic old fillings in incisors. Because of severe destruction of the patient’s teeth, cosmetic crowns were placed.
41. Fiberglass Splint It
Loss of the lower incisor resulted from periodontal disease (paradentosis).
The patient’s own tooth, earlier removed, was attached to the adjacent teeth with fiberglass, Splint It. At the same time, all other lower front teeth were splinted, because of their pathological mobility.
42. Composite facings
A number of gaps in the front part. To improve the teeth’s appearance, we have used composite facings.
43. Reconstruction of occlusion
Loss of some side teeth resulted in pathological abrasion of all teeth.
The teeth were whitened with the use of Beyond lamp and the missing teeth were replaced with porcelain bridges. Finally, the destroyed front teeth were lengthened and widened with composite facings.
44. Complex treatment
Different height of both incisors number1 upset the balance of red-and-white aesthetic (gingiva-teeth aesthetic). Additionally, the presence of the canine number 3 on the palate caused the protrusion and turn of the incisor number 2.
Complex treatment was given. First, we removed the blocked canine number 3. Next, we surgically lengthened the clinic dental crowns of the upper and lower teeth to make them even. Afterwards, the teeth were whitened with Beyond lamp; and finally, the teeth’s shape was corrected with the help of composite facings.
45. All-ceramic crowns
Dark colour of the patient’s teeth, a lot of discoloration and old fillings spoiled the smile of this handsome patient. To achieve the ‘Hollywood smile’ effect, first, all teeth were whitened with Beyond lamp, and next all-ceramic crowns were placed.
46. Porcelain crowns combined with composite facings
This patient had very crooked teeth and the tooth number 15 was missing.
In order to even the teeth and complete the lost tooth, porcelain crowns combined with composite facings were used.
47. Composite facings
Gaps between the teeth resulted from the lack of the buds of the incisors number 2.
The teeth were remodeled with the use of composite facings.
48. Composite facings and porcelain crowns
Here, old porcelain crowns were replaced with the new ones, whereas discoloured fillings were exchanged for composite facings.
49. Lock-on dentures on implants
Both jaws were toothless. The patient used old complete dental prostheses.
To make the prostheses more comfortable to wear, we used implants and made new lock-on dentures (Straumann system).
50. Lock-on dentures on implants
Both jaws were toothless.
New complete dental prostheses were created. To make the lower prosthesis remain more stably, we used implants and made a lock-on denture (Straumann system).
51. Composite facings
Incorrect position of the incisors made them pathologically abraded.
To prevent further abrasion, the teeth’s shape and axis were changed with the use of composite facings
52. Composite facings
The teeth discoloured after antibiotics.
To improve their appearance, the teeth were whitened with Beyond lamp; next, composite facings were placed.
53. Tooth on a fiberglass tape
Loss of the lower incisor and wide gaps between the teeth.
A dummy tooth on a fiberglass tape (Splint It tape) was put in the place of the lost tooth. The teeth were widened with composite material.
54. All-ceramic crowns
The lack of the buds of the incisors number 2.
Using four all-ceramic crowns, the teeth were remodeled and the patient’s smile became harmonious. Additionally, composite facings were placed on the premolars number 4.
55. All-ceramic crowns
Malposition of the incisors number 1.
To achieve good aesthetic result, first, the teeth were whitened with Beyond lamp; next, all-ceramic crowns were used.
56. Ceramic facings
Malposition of the incisors number 1.
To achieve a good aesthetic result, first, the teeth were whitened with Beyond lamp; next, ceramic facings were placed.
57. Composite facings
The front teeth severely damaged with a number of discoloured fillings.
Reconstruction done with the use of composite facings.
58. Implant with ceramic abutment and all-ceramic crown
Loss of the lower incisor.
The tooth were reconstructed with the help of an implant with ceramic abutment and all-ceramic crown (Straumann system).
59. Composite fillings
Damaged fillings in the front teeth.
New fillings were placed and the teeth were shaped with the use of composite fillings.
60. Porcelain crowns
The old metal-acrylic crowns were replaced with the new porcelain crowns.
61. Composite facings
Gaps (diastema) between the patient’s teeth were closed with the use of composite facings.
62. Maryland dental bridge (a resin-bonded bridge)
The missing second premolar was complemented with a fiberglass based composite bridge. In case of that type of bridges, adjacent teeth are not grinded to fix a bridge, already existing cavities are used.
